Lily Broberg strong, Co-Founder

Lily Broberg Strong, RN has worked as a Public Health home visiting nurse, serving vulnerable populations for the last decade. She has seen first hand the need for diapers and the stress families experience by this unmet need.  She has worked with the counties of San Francisco, San Mateo, and most recently Santa Cruz.

hayden lilien, Co-Founder

Hayden Lilien, J.D., M.B.A. is a mom in the Bay Area who is devastated by the amount of diaper waste that is created by just her child alone.

Prior to joining Earth Diaper she has operated non-profits that serve at risk populations for over a decade. She was the Director of Finance and Administration for National Center for Youth Law, a non-profit that uses the law to advocate for youth. She also spent years providing financial, human resources, and operational support to charter schools across California. Hayden started her career as an Attorney in Florida.
